These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Redline Solutions website and, where applicable, Redline's text messaging program. Project-specific rights and obligations are governed by the written contract, proposal, work authorization, purchase order, subcontract, or other agreement applicable to that project.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Project examples, descriptions, timelines, pricing references, financing information, renderings, photographs, and other content do not constitute a binding proposal, warranty, or guarantee. Construction scope, price, schedule, engineering, permitting, site conditions, selections, and specifications vary by project and are established in applicable written agreements.

No Contract Created by a Website Submission

Submitting a consultation request, subcontractor application, document, email, or other website form does not by itself create a contractor-client relationship, subcontract, employment relationship, approved-vendor status, or obligation for Redline Solutions to award or perform work.

SMS / Text Message Terms

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Redline Solutions, you authorize Redline to send messages to the mobile number you provide for the categories described at the point of consent and in our Privacy Policy. Messages may include consultation follow-up, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, project or service updates, customer support responses, and administrative communications. Promotional or marketing messages will be sent only when Redline has the consent required for that type of message.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent through another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. We may send one final confirmation after an opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or otherwise have authority to consent for that number.

Subcontractor Portal

Subcontractors and vendors are responsible for submitting accurate, current, and authorized information and documents. Submission does not guarantee qualification or future work. Redline may request additional or updated documentation and may establish separate project-specific requirements. Any work performed for Redline is subject to the applicable executed agreement, work authorization, purchase order, and project requirements.

Financing

Financing links or information on this website may direct visitors to independent third-party financing providers. Redline Solutions does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, loan amounts, funding, or availability. Financing decisions and agreements are between the applicant and the applicable financing provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the Redline Solutions name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and original project materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Redline Solutions. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to misrepresent affiliation with Redline without permission. Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, upload documents you are not authorized to provide, or use website forms to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized material.

Third-Party Links and Services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Redline Solutions does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, financing decisions, or services.

Disclaimer

Redline does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Website information is not a substitute for the project-specific documents governing a construction project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redline Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use this website, general website content, or third-party links. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these Terms changes obligations stated in an executed project-specific agreement.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your unauthorized submission of another person's information or documents, or your infringement of another person's rights. This website provision does not replace or modify any project-specific indemnity obligations in a separate written agreement.

Texas Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer, construction, lien, venue, privacy, or other rights that apply under law or a separate written agreement.

Changes to These Terms

Redline Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued website use after an update is subject to the then-current website terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
