Detailed final walkthrough and punch-list process to identify and complete remaining items before project delivery.
Final quality review, project completion, client walkthrough, and turnover of the finished project.
During active construction, Redline provides clients with a personal weekly progress update. We recap the work completed during the previous week, communicate current project status, identify upcoming decisions or coordination items, and forecast the next steps planned for the project.
The goal is simple: keep you informed about where your project stands and what is coming next without requiring you to track down answers.
Completed: Progress and milestones achieved during the week.
Current: Where the project stands today and any items requiring attention.
Forecast: Upcoming trades, work, selections and anticipated next steps.
As construction reaches completion, Redline conducts a detailed walkthrough and punch process, coordinates completion of remaining items, performs a final quality review and completes client turnover. Applicable project documentation and warranty information are provided as part of closeout so expectations remain clear after construction is complete.
Before mobilization, we work to align the property, plans, engineering, selections, scope and anticipated investment. Depending on the project, that may include reviewing access, utilities, drainage, grading, septic considerations, site preparation and constructability so avoidable surprises are addressed before they become field problems.

Project cost is shaped by far more than square footage. Site conditions, structure, engineering, utilities, finishes, concrete, access and exterior improvements all matter. We work to establish realistic expectations before construction.
When scope changes or unforeseen conditions affect the work, Redline documents the change, communicates the impact and, whenever practicable, provides pricing and approval requirements before additional work proceeds. Our goal is to keep decisions visible and expectations aligned.
We expect organized work areas, routine debris management, protection of completed work and accountability from the trades working on your project. A well-managed jobsite supports quality, safety and an efficient build.
